Window doesn't go up after you close driver side door
Last week all of sudden my driver side window does not raise back up when you shut the door automatically. When you open the door the window lowers slightly then when you close the door it should raise back up but it stopped working.
Maybe its the fuse, latch or my tints have something to do with it?

Its fine.
You have to reset it. Try this, Push both buttons (window switches) down and hold for a few seconds after the windows roll all the way down.
Release.
Now, push the buttons up and hold for a few seconds after they rolled all the way up.
Release. Push the buttons UP again for a few seconds again a release.
You should do this with the door closed with you sitting in the car. After the last release, open the door. It should work again. The process is in your manual if you want to reference it, but I just cannot seem to ....oh, index!! I believe its called indexing the windows!

with the assumption that you didn't disconnect the battery, this is a sign of a bad battery or a battery going bad.
This same problem occured on my '08 Z51. It was fixed with a new battery.

Just to add: Look at other settings on the car like your radio. If your battery went low enough to affect the indexing, I'm certain other stuff needs adjustment; like the radio clock.
You need to get a battery tender (not a charger) if the car will stay idle for extended periods. Get whatever brand you feel comfortable with. I think the Corvette "branded" ones are in the $ 100 range but any good, name brand tender will do the job.

Mine did this last time I forgot to put the battery tender on the car when I let it sit for a bit. When I put the car away the next time I remembered to put on the tender and everything was working fine.
My door would not open from time to time either when I forgot to put on the tender.

Its a common Winter problem for us in the North. Battery drains due to not using our babies. This is normal since the computer and other items will use some battery power. When that happens the indexing needs to be reset. It is in the manual, but any of the instructions here will do just fine.

Thank you!
Thank you very much for this (easy) fix. I had just come back from the local dealer, where they addressed the recent recall regarding the front headlights, and they must have disconnected the battery as the clock was at the wrong time and the driver's door window needed to be re-indexed. One would think that the dealer would re-do these couple of things after they reconnected the power.....

This happened to me yesterday after I disconnected the battery. Just went out to my car after reading how to fix it and viola! Beat sitting around the dealership for what was a three second fix.
