Engine code - running lean. need help

When I am driving down the highway at 75mph in 6th gear the engine is not reving hardly at all, this will send the fuel trims to over 20% and set off an engine code saying its running lean in both banks. This seems to only happen when I am driving at low rpms in 6th. The car is bone stock except mild to wild. The dealer has checked vaccum lines, oil level and flushed injectors. The car only has about 7500 miles on it. Anyone know what could be causing this.

Stock intake. Dealer did the injector flush and it did nothing for it. They blew out the MAF sensor and they thought that might have fixed it, we will see.

I had to spray out the MAF with cleaner twice with 7 or 8 long sprays each time. .
