Hello Memphians,
Im working out here right now and looking for a local vette or performance car hangout...I miss the hangouts and cruisins back home in Texas and would like to hangout and chat with fellow vette owners...If needed we can start our own....I know some car clubs had meets at Hooters and other locations in Texas....Any Memphis locals feel free to post up with any ideas...

While I don't belong (due to free time availability), I know a bunch of the guys and they are really nice. There is a mixture of people from show car people to road race people to just socializing people there. If you are into road racing, I can hook you up with some really great guys, just PM me to let me know.

There are also a number of performance shops in the area. Extreme Motorsports is one of them, and although I don't care for them, you could feel different. I know of some good mechanics too if you need to go that route, just let me know.

I am pretty sure that there is a meet there everyweek for all types of cars. there are normally several vettes in attendance check out the southeast forum
