i hear fluids sloshing alot....when I push my car out of the garage for a wash, and it goes over the "lip" of the garage floor, I hear fluids sloshing all over ....almost like there are several gallons of water stored in my front fender.

But when starting it, i dont really notice it. You may just be hearing the windshield fluid, clutch fluid, brake fluid etc...moving around????

not sure. Im sure someone with more knowledge of the car will step in and offer better advice.

water gurgling through the heater assy inside the car? Try setting the cllimate control to one thing or another- to see if it makes a difference?

You could be hearing water sloshing in the HVAC case. There is a condensation drain on the firewall to evacuate this water, but sometimes those get plugged with debris.

I hear it too, but only when I start it and the engine's cold. To me it sounds like the engine oil/coolant. Nothing is ever leaking, so I figure it's normal.

Interesting...do the C6's have the "utters" like the C5 did for drains underneath the firewall?? I remember those used to get clogged all the time with leafs and crap... is that what you are referring to?

Could it be a simple as people are just hearing fuel slosh around? I guess if the car is off, and you are pushing it you are not going to hear a fuel pump or anything, but what about gas?

Yes, C6s have those too. That is what I was referring to. As far as I know all GM cars have them. Maybe all cars in general. You have to get the condensation out somehow.

...........same here, but this water "running" that I hear is prior to ANY movement. The car is sitting still on a flat drive, in neutral.

Every one of mine has made this sound. Don't worry.........it's like the "ticking sound of the lifters" that some of us Z06 owners hear, normal........

i feel better knowing im not the only one, however the sound is definitely fluid travelling through a pipe of sorts, not sloshing. no gurgling or bubbling sounds like air either.

its like the car has an enlarged prostate and has to pee a little every morning! (even though she is a girl)!

Mine does it.......I always thought it had something to do with the dry-sump tank setup. The gurgling sound seems to come from the passenger side.

Get some headers and a Fusion exhaust and keep the valves open. The noise goes away immediately.
