But ZR1 brakes are only $8K, not $10K (assuming you have wheels to fit) and carbon ceramic rotors will last the lifetime of the vehicle according to GM. ZR1 owners are reporting virtually NO rotor wear even after multiple track days (as opposed to steel rotors which may last 2-3 track days if you're lucky). It's safe to assume that even if the carbon rotors won't last forever, they'd certainly last AT LEAST twice as long as steel rotors, so I don't see a $2K difference between steel vs. carbon as being that compelling, especially when $5K-$6K is in the price range of StopTech BBKs which have apparently superior calipers to the ZR1's...
The seat looks really "cool" (sorry for the pun). I LIKE the aged black leather. Very classy. How are they cooled?

I see. I wasn't using "swap" in a perjorative way.

A) Not everyone has the cash to lay down on ZR1 Brakes. Did you put these on your C5?
B) Not everyone races.
C) ZR1 OEM Brembo Calipers are far superior to anything Stop Tech offers. Your talking to the wrong people my friend.
D) Plenty of ZR1 owners talk about the brakes being better on the road then the track. Search around.
E) Brembo's biggest BBK (GT 380mm) utilizes cast iron rotors. They cost $7500.00
F) Where have you found ZR1 OEM brakes for $8k, just curious. The lowest anyone has ever advertised them for, that Ive seen is $8999.00 which we can match / supply.
G) A/C seats is a secret as of now.

I never spoke with you on the phone. I just want to know if i can pass by you shop (im in Miami) to see if my 360 wheels would clear the brake system. I would hate to have to replace my wheels also.

Did you really spend $18k with Apsis? Ouch. We could have just about made all of your body panels out of carbon fiber for that price.

wow this is pretty exciting news! The seat news is very cool.
I am waiting for a vendor to make fairly priced carbon stuff. It doesn't even have to be a good deal, just not a rip off LOL
Can you elaborate on that diffuser? Is that your product or are you just showcasing the tip?

Looks very similar to the breathless performance diffuser I just installed. Like the exhaust tip though!
Yes I have spent $18k with apsis and that includes all core charges. Crazy when I think about it but it does look good.

We bought a BPP Diffuser, and it ripped off the car at 85 mph with supplied hardware. After refusing to replace it, we had no choice but to try to fix it... after messing with it for 2 days, we decided to remold it, and make it better... both lighter, and stronger. It now weighs 10.1 lbs, (vs the original 23 lbs +++) and has the fins molded into the diffuser as one piece.
