Who offers the package you like the most? Do a bunch of research. Look at packages on what they offer. Who is closer to you? Makes a difference if you run into problems.
Don't rule out Callaway or Mallet: they also offer a warranty for their work.
Lingenfelter offers a 616HP/630HP/660HP NA package. Going to have to set your sights a bit higher than 600HP.

Which is closer?
There are tons of good vendors that can get you to 600hp. I wouldn't limit myself to those 2.

Katech does have the rep for building winning engines for C6R....I know others are good to but if I were upgrading IMO Katech....they have multiple choices like the rest

Our Z06 Ultraleggera was the first street E85 machine since Katech built Jay Leno's C6.RS motor.
Over 1 year of street and some track duty, and it purr's like a kitten, or should I say stings like a bee!
It is a torque monster to be sure with 4.2 lbs/hp with street manners that will allow crossing the country or just going for milk. I cannot be happier with the quality.
You can find a few more horsepower with larger cams, but our torquer cam on a 116 LSA idles like stock.
This Spring we will be down to 2900 lbs with 700 HP on tap, but anyone going for a slide in our car would think another 50lbs lighter and 25 more HP insane.
Like Jim Painter told me after I told him it was too much power, "there's never too much power".

The good news is that if you live in PA (eastern) there are several good places that can install any Katech or Lingenfelter products. I would personally go that way. If you have problems you can take it back without treking accross the country again.
I live in NJ and use ECS. They are not far from eastern PA. They have a good reputation and have in depth knowledge of Katech, LG and other manufactuer parts (they sell and install them regularly). Also, if they do F up, I can go knock on their door without taking vacation time. Also, will they warranty the work?
Also, you have Pheonix who are T1 racing experts, but I am not sure of their motor (LS7) experience.
You can't go wrong with either, but you will pay more to have the big guys do the work vs. buying their stuff and having a reputable shop do the work. I mean we are talking about pushrod motors, it's not rocket science.
