Default What's your favorite gear?

It's so hard to choose, but my top three are 2nd, 3rd, and 5th. Oh but 4th is so awesome too. But if you have to pick just one as your favorite??? I think mine would be 5th

between 5 and 6k is my fav rpm range. (only because i dont' wanna ream the **** off er)

2nd gear between 4,000 and 7,000 RPM's on an on ramp. Certainly makes keeping up with traffic very easy

First gear in the winter. That's the gear that makes me laugh out loud when the car is going sideways at 50mph.

But then again, third gear that still throws you back in the seat at 100mph isn't bad either.....or fourth gear at 140 and you cant' believe how hard the car is still pulling......

Well, I think you guys are right, second gear pretty much covers it all

5th gear is great on freeway at highway speeds. Great pickup and can pass basically anything.
I'm still learning with it accelerating on 2-3 on-ramps. It goes too fast to accel inthose situations.

I like 4th too. I think 1 followed by 6 least fav although the torque in 6 I can pass with pretty much ease unless spme ricer is on my *** and 4 or 5 deals with them just fine.

1st gear is a blast to, along with 3rd and 4th gears.

Second gear under WOT, it just pulls and pulls. The way it feels I wish the car could run to 15,000 RPMs. The second gear experience ends way too soon!

I love how hard 2nd pulls and like said...wish it would go to 15K rpms!!! What a blast that would be!!!

But...3rd is my favorite! Nothing like running 65 or 70 and down shift to 3rd and just nail the throttle!! Pin you back in your seat everytime!

Second gear, but it goes away waaaay too fast, so I usually have to do it again and again and....Jeeez, it almost sounds like "crack"...at least that's what I've heard.

3rd gear is my favorite. I love rolling out of town in third gear and just letting it sing and the quick shift to 4th and 5th. Pure magic.
