well thats good to know. I guess I will just delete the in tank regulator then and do a return system and just use the stock pump. hopefully I wont have any problems with the pump again.

Did you ever figure out what was causing your pump failure? E85?

Fuel cools the pump, consistently running any car down below 1/4 tank can/will cause fuel pump overheat failures. Ask me how I know this.......
