My lights all around are tinted 220 dollars it cost. roof and pillar cost 300 to vinyl rapp...Anyone know if the plasti dip damages the clear coat on the paint?

Is the OP still here? Trying to get an update on how plastidipped lasted on the ADV1's and if he would recommend it...

I have plasti dipped my wheels twice now, the only reason for doing it twice is I thought I wanted to go back to the polished look, so I peeled it off. It only took about two weeks before I wanted the wheels back again. Lol I have also plasti dipped all the emblems on my Z.

Yes that's wheels and halo / pilar in pd. I recently took the wheels off to see how they looked (chrome) and they were perfect. I managed to get two of the wheels of in a single peal (e.g. the pd came off in 1 piece instead of strips).

I tested it on the halo before I did the whole thing and it has no permanent affect on the coating. I am considering selling the car for a ZR, but if I don't I'll redo the wheels again for winter. I spent maybe $25 and it saved the surface of the wheels so..

Edit: As far as time goes I believe I originally sprayed the wheels in late 2011 I believe and pealed them off 2 months ago.
