Nice work...

Can I ask which brand/model floor jack do you use???

I'm looking for a low approach jack for my shop. I only have three now, and not one will get under my Vette without having to use boards ...

sure...its from harbor freight. pittsburgh automotive aluminum 2 ton low profile jack. its probably chinese cause its cheap but it fits, its light, and I can jack the car with pucks without having to use ramps.

Always use jack stands if I am under the car even a little.

Hope this helps. Neil

Looking good. Still running stock suspension set-up, I see? Any plans to upgrade?

PS. Looks like you had exclusive hire of that track from the YouTube clip I saw!

I would love some pfadt parts....however, from what my detroit engineer buddies tell me, a full on dry sump is recommended if you increase lateral acceleration capabilities through suspension upgrades. The car with a more aggressive camber setting is pretty quick and I am not exceeding the vehicle's capabilities with my current skill level. We'll see....

I was running group three (the slowest group) since its a new car on the track for me. I took the approach of letting the cars go out before me and it took a few laps for me to catch them. I was the fastest guy in my group by far so giving them a head start seemed only fair.

Hi, cruzin2! I'm the guy that asked about the Z07 package for my 2010 Z06 and you posted the link for your build.
In one word :Awesome! Thanks for so many tips!
I'm from Brazil so I have a hard time to build my own Z06 ( red too!!)
And I'm getting extremelly frustrated with John Caravaggio for not sending my race seats - just like yours too! My order today is 5 months old
Anyway, excelent job with your Z!!
