What's the difference between Apsis' products vs other venders?


For Matt Black or Painted:

Most venders use the traditional fiberglass for production. It's the long hairline fibers with gel coat to form the shape and then paint over the parts. When the rock hits then it starts to show the white gel coat spots and sometimes looks quite bad.

We use "Fiber Resin" technology. It's the fine fiber power mixed with black resin so the whole part is very nice smooth inside out. When the rock hits it will still show black so you will still have the nice look.

Here is one customer's comment who posted on C5 forum the other day---------------

"Let me add that the Matt Black finish is a sweet accent. I currently have the splitter and ordered the side skirts yesterday. A VERY unique feature of APSIS' product is that it is a black resin vs fiberglass, thus rock chips or scrapes do not show the white fiberglass but black thru and thru. You'll love the quality of their products."



For Carbon lovers, you probably already know we are very famous in carbon. Our quality is the BEST on the market. Our weaving is always straight & parallel and with very nice & deep coating so it will show the beautiful 3D effect. Many venders' carbon parts out there have very wavy weaving and the coating has lots of pin holes and very thin. (or even no coating at all) Most of our customers are very impressive when they see our carbon parts in person. So basically you really get what you pay for.

No, this is the car that our customer build. He took the GS Convertible and then dis all the mods. We are part of his project.

This car is still available if anybody is interested.

That "ZR1" vert looks very nice, but he really should take the ZR1 badges off. It makes the car cheesy since it's not a ZR1.

Where are you located? My father just ordered a carbon splitter for his ZR1 and shipping seems to have come out to $230 via his charge on the credit card.

Bump for some answers. When he requested a shipping quote while he was on the phone ordering it, whoever he talked too changed the subject and never would say. Even when he just asked for a ballpark estimate and they couldn't even provide that.

It shipped 3 day air when expedited shipping was not requested. ($234)
