Unlike many aftermarket shifters which are VERY NOTCHY and require you to muscle them into gear, the TPS Attack Shifter provides a nice positive yet smooth feel while reducing the length of the shift throws 30%. The TPS Attack Shifter makes shifting more precise and makes driving your Corvette that much more enjoyable. Just add the shift **** of your choice and your ready to go! Shifter takes any shift **** with a 9/16-18 thread pattern. Our shifter also features a self centering alignment which improves 2nd to 3rd up shifts to reduce mis-shifts. This great shifter is available in 2 handle configurations a straight handle or a 12' angled one.

Is this shifters handle length about the same as oem?

To be honest I have not measured it BUT I haven't had any customers complain about the height of the shifter...I'm sure you will be very happy with the shifter

Any vibration issues like the others?

It has some vibration but its not bad at all. In fact we had 2 customers pull out their MGW shifters and replaced them with ours and loved ours.

I installed this shifter and rebuilt the shifter box in about 2 hours. As a Corvette part and accessory dealer as well as doing restoration & performance upgrades, I AM IMPRESSED with this unit. I sell the Big Name units also and they are indeed fine products. So is this one! I like the smooth yet firm shifts with a minimum of that notchyness! Note that I put this unit in my personal show and performance 98 C5. Now, after testing I can and will let my customers know this is the real deal and NOT just some cheap knockoff.
