[Z06] c7 sighting

I saw my first yesterday. A CG Z51 at speed. My quick take on the car Nice looking ride IMO when compared with most sports cars on the road and when comparing it to "base" trim C6 Corvettes. However when compared to the widebodies the C7 hardly looks very aggressive as far as its' stance and almost looks "feminine" in design.I must say as I sat in one last week,a black w/ Kalahari 3lt, I feel GM hit the interior out of the park. Getting back to the exterior,I always felt the C6 "base" was also very girlish. I had a coupe for almost two years but quickly sucumbed to the Z as soon as I saw one on the road. The C7 just did not do that for me yesterday. I did not get the "I have to have that car " feel. Sorry, no disrespect to those that have or are thinking of moving from their Z or any widebody to a C7 at this point in time. Perhaps a wide body version of the C7 will be out soon as well as 600HP+that will give me that have to have this car feel.

Company in SW Fl. that is located two buildings down from where I work named Roush gets all the new vehicles and they drive them at all times. Long story short, I saw the new 13' Shelby months before it was out. Then the new Viper and now the new C7. It was next door about a month and a half ago.

Friend is picking his up as I type. Dyno it tonight. I get to race it next weekend since he can't, so I get to take it to the strip for baseline runs. I'll try to get pictures next to my z06 tonight.

I'll have twin turbos, tri turbos, quad turbos, or any other combo under the hood later tonight. I can easily set turbos on the engine cover. Hooking them up is going to take a bit more time.

saw one at the local dealer yesterday. While it does look modern and I really like the *** end I think the c6 Z06 will be a timeless classic that will age like a fine wine/scotch.

Saw a silver C7 on my way to work here in Austin, it was on 183 on the east side of town. I was all "oh look a C7!" not "oh look a C7 I wanna trade in my Z!" Neh not the same lustful desires I felt whenever I saw C6s before I owned one. Which is good because happiness is not getting what you want, its wanting what you have.

Boy that rear end is ...... "busy"......
Glad I won't have to worry about seeing one

Considering this one is getting twins and should make 1000+rwhp, you may have to worry.

Some of you guys make me laugh. That car is leap years ahead in every way possible.Interior design and chassis rigidity are second to none.Probably the same donuts who prefered their c5 z06 to the then new c6 z06 back in 2006.Please wake up and when something is great just admit it.
