The C5Z 18x10.5 wheels will fit but will be inset somewhat as they don't have the proper offset to push the outside face of the wheel out to the edge of the wheel well.

Yes; however, if you are looking for a drag racing setup, the front C5Z wheels are even better.

They clear the stock C6Z rear brakes?

Yes. We ran these rims with Hoosier 275x40x17s after driving back from Florida with the car. We needed a good baseline prior to doing any mods. On pass #26 (3rd time to Atco), we cut a 1.66 and ran a 10.91 and a 1.69 and ran a 10.92 on pass #27. That was over 4 1/2 years ago.

Found the vid.

Interesting... As I was searching around because I was thinking of going with 18"x10.5" C5Z wheels for my drag rears. Another question also, do you have to put 17" wheels on front too? (because of the "service tracion control" issue due to rears being smaller or the same size as the fronts?) I am running ZR1 19" fronts. Thanks in advance.

You do not need to put 17" on the front.
The C5Z front wheels at 17x9.5 are lighter than the 18x10.5 rears, and the 17" drag radial is generally cheaper and more readily available as well

I run the C5Z front 17x9.5 with a Hoosier 315/35-17. Works great!!
