[ZR1] Don't be mad at me guys.....

I think they are nice cars, but would never have given up the ZR1 for the Viper. I think it makes sense to 'add' a Viper to the collection, but you won't be able to drive that car as conveniently as the ZR1, and the Viper Cabin is very 'claustrophobic' difficult to see out of when compared to the ZR1.
At least you bought the T/A model! Only way to go if you're going to do it, in my mind.
Congrats.

Why would anybody be mad. You wanted a slower car who cares. Actually J/K that is one awesome car and god bless America for some great choices. Let us know your thought after you get some seat time.

Sweet ride.
What's up with that TA on the side? (Thinking late 80s Trans Am).
What year and model is that? Specs? I am not very familiar with Vipers at all.
Looks good in "Construction Cone" orange Hahaha Just kidding. Looks great!!!

The TA model is kind of like the Z07 package on the Z06. I think the TA model was made to outdo the ZR1 on a track or something like that.

thanks RPO---I was sold on the color when I 1st saw it at the int auto show.
I cant and needless to say, it makes the Ms. (to be) very nervous
Thanks Z
That's correct. The pres of SRT wasn't very happy when the 4 year old ZR beat their new snake....so they molded the Time Attack edition

Solid choice
I've had the same debate a few times myself
I'm a Corvette guy at heart, but I'd like to have a Gen4 ACR and a Gen5 TA along the way... now let's see how my cash and my aspirations get along with each other in the future

Wow, what a gorgeous car! I am happy for you and think you've got an exciting sports car. Vipers are rare and very exotic looking, especially the newest model. Congrats and enjoy that bad boy.

I've tried to like Vipers, but to me they look like a clown shoe. Especially the gen 5's. However, I do like the orange, and you'll have a pretty rare car. Whoever ends up with your ZR is going to be pretty lucky! I like what you did to it! Let us know what your thoughts are on the Viper.
