any opinion on insulating the blower from the rest of the motor with spacers?

I have the 3/8 spacer installed, should have logged before and after but I have a feeling it may have been a marketing/impulse buy..

Hi D3, firstly thanks for even going through the time and trouble to develope, make and sell this setup. The payback must take awhile and I hope you guys keep coming out with cool stuff. Paying a bit more for something that works and is plug and play is ok. I already have your fans and they work great.

One thing people may not realize is how hot the reservoir gets especially with my eforce setup. About 150 degrees or more due to proximity to engine. Your setup will offer more coolant capacity and cooler temps right off the bat.

I run an eforce and basically stuck with it for now.
If we are on budget and I could buy your reservoir would be nice. From what I understand we cannot, or am I wrong to say that we cannot buy the components. Any exceptions? I could buy each component as budget allowed.

Also, I have an LS7 and fighting high engine temps in traffic especially with A/c on.
I see the centrifugal guys having issues with overheating or high temps because of the large air to air heat exchangers in front of car. Will this setup also create the same concerns?

Thanks

We offer the same HX system but for aftermarket roots blowers:

http://www.d3peparts.com/product-p/d3pe-c6hxkit.htm

This system will not cause over heating issues like that of a bar and plate air to air intercooler due to the thickness being way less and having more surface area for air to flow through.

Currently have this system in stock for the ZR1 Corvette! We have a modified system for the Edelbrock/Magnuson LS2,LS3 & LS7 supercharged cars to combat the common high water temp problems that we continue to hear about with these systems..
