I hope the OP gets the issues resolved soon. These cars are still very expensive, and to have these issues is ridiculous. Its bad enough, you buy a Z and have to add ~$1500-2000 to get heads fixed, so you don't eat a valve driving down the hwy.
You would think that if they sell corvettes then they would have the proper tools and equipment to service them huh? I've had the car in there for an oil change and they are suppose to check the fluids on everything while up on the rack but obviously that didn't happen. It was either low from the start an wasn't checked during pdi or fluid was removed during one of the engine replacements and not refilled. Who knows! And yes it does suck to have bought a car that cost this much and I bought this particular one and not a zr1 out of warranty because of my price range for the fact it had a factory bumper to bumper warranty. Having regrets not buying a cheaper c5Z and just modifying it to my likes and saved money.

Dealership was supposed to call me back to discuss the removal of the front rotors to have them balanced. Never called me back.
I will be calling them back in the morning. GM customer service is still being of no help other than telling me how sorry they are that my car is messed up.

Its time to get a lawyer (with lemon law knowledge) involved, even if its only having a discussion informing him/her on what has happened so far. I would inform GM that if things don't get rolling, your lawyer would be contacting them. This is insane!

In the early 90's, I had to get a lemon law lawyer involved as GM was stalling and taking months to try and fix multiple issues with a quad4 Olds Cutlass. End result was GM bought the car back. At least the dealership was competent in my case.

That Stadium Auto is one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to also! I went 3 different times and gave up on them; awful!

Good luck with your car.

Transmission parts are back ordered, as of right now I have no date to expect. they are covering the trans under warranty but until it is fixed and they can drive it they can't move forward with abou of the other issues, the GM rep will email me when the dealership contacts them when the trans is done. I'll update then.

Got car back 2 days ago. Transmission is fixed but still makes a really quiet squeal. They are still telling me that they do not feellthe vibration in the steering wheel. And they replaced the RCDLR for the tpms fix, tire light is still coming on, they didn't fix it. I'm taking it to another dealership to see if they will help me out on the rest of the issues I'm done using this one.

From the OP, I'd sure be looking at out-of-balance rotors. Considering the cost of replacement discs, I can understand GM's reluctance to help you.
You can continue to have dealers and tire shops balance tires but I'd read up on what the ZR1 community has been doing with that issue.
You might even have to take the rotors off, take 'em to a balance shop which does flywheels and have them spin it to see if it actually is out of balance. If they prove to be out of balance, take that evidence back to GM and demand new rotors.
