Default 556 RWHP with stock exhaust manifolds

556 rear wheel horse power and 518 rear wheel toque with stock manifolds.

American Heritage Package 4 Ported LS7 Cylinder Heads.
American Heritage Ported Stock LS7 Intake Manifold (lightly ported).
American Heritage Ported Stock LS7 Throttle Body.
Cold Air Intake.
Stock Exhaust Manifolds with stock h pipe and mufflers.

Drives exactly like stock (except with much more power), sounds close to stock (till you open up the butterfly valves).

The dyno graph is not smoothed (electronically smoothed by the operator) and is the real world raw data. It shows nice smooth lines with valves that are in perfect control throughout the entire RPM range.

Our package 4 heads start at just $1,308 (plus return shipping).

Porting is an additional service we offer. All our port work is done by hand and is developed using our in house SuperFlow SF600 flow bench.

You can send in your heads, intakes and throttle body's for us to rework/improve and send back to you or if your want to make the trip/drive to beautiful Sunny Southern California we are a full performance shop and do all the removal, rework and reinstall all in house.

Very curious on cam as well, or any other mods.

What's the price point on porting the stock intake manifold and TB? How much flow difference do you think there is between those and a MSD atomic intake/NW TB?

Torquer 116 cam. A very mild street cam for the LS7.

No other mods besides our ported heads, ported stock intake, ported stock throttle body and a cold air intake. Completely stock exhaust manifolds and exhaust system.

We charge $140 to port the stock LS7 Throttle body and $180 to port the stock LS7 intake manifolds.

Not sure of the flow difference of the new MSD intake. We haven't played with one of the MSD intakes yet.

Great result Kohle-- that has to be close to 600 hp at the crank--with stock exhausts--wow!

What correction factor does the dyno use to take in account for not having the additional rotational mass of the stock rims and tires? This is probably worth 20 horsepower or more.

Nice work nonetheless.

I recently had my heads done from AHP.

AHP S4 headwork with porting
AHP Light port itm
AHP Light port tb
Haltech intake
A&A tuned
490rwhp 461wtq

Car feels nice crisp and responsive. Thanks again khole! Prob next month going to finish off with BTR s3 cam and ARH LTH and a re tune.

I'm really happy with the work that AHR did on my Z06. Great service and results. It drives great on the street, which is what I asked for, and is a beast when you want it to be. Thanks again Kohle.

That's an awesome package for sure. I've got 1-7/8 ARH's w/catted-X, the 110 Torquer & am making 30 less hp. I've been contemplating downsizing to the 116 as I have a friend with one and I like his driveability/street manners much better than mine.

Two Questions:
1) Is the 116 Torquer you used ground to baseline/original specs?
2) What do you estimate the ported tb & intake are adding (hp wise)?

OT, but while we are at it, Kohle, have you had any AHP "worked" heads back in for service after 10-20k miles yet? If so, any data on everyone's favorite measurements? (guide clearances)

thanks.

I already have had my heads, intake, and TB ported. I did get Patriot springs and bronze guides installed with stainless exhaust valves in my milled heads with ARP bolts. What am I looking at for head touch-up, stock exhaust valves, your preferred guides, cam install and tune? If I made an appointment what is the turn around time?
