Yes! OP's is VERY nice fab work. Just looks clean, and gives me ideas for my 3.5" exhaust.

Awesome thread and great work. We aren't far from each other. Hopefully I can see and hear this one at some point.

Did you also fab the added reservoir piece or was it prefabbed and then welded by you?

I fabricated everything out of 1/8" aluminum, drilled holes for the oil to flow into the new chamber, and welded it together.

Nicely done! Let that beautiful paint cure, and then protect it with some good clear bra.

Just got back from Motorstate Challenge at Gingerman raceway. Met up with 70 awesome cars Thursday and went for a 70 mile cruise through Michigan countryside, dinner, then 70 miles back. Friday was the Trackday at Gingerman and Saturday was an autocross. I finished buffing the car Monday night and loaded on the trailer Tuesday for the trip.

I had custom decals made inspired by the 2011 Carbon edition graphics. I changed the carbon to "Legacy" for the shop I work for. Also changed the track outlines to some of the Northeast tracks I've ran on.

This has been one of the most enjoyable and entertaining posts I have read in a long time. Excellent (amazing, actually) work. I love the fun you have with your car. This is what I would do, if I could. Carry on!

Glad you enjoy the thread. I realized when i sold my C5 how much fun i had over the years with that car. I decided id start a thread with my new-to-me C6 and see where it goes.

Love it! Keep it up. The white/black scheme is perfect. I'm not a huge fan of the rear bumper being black like that and would've painted it completely white, but it works with your car!
