hey guys I'm. Ew to this but really have a question to ask...I have a 08 z06 with 35 k on it. I was taking a ride and hit a oil slick in the street. Long story short I damaged the passenger door rear quarter panel, tail panel and my wheel is roped off of the axel. I was wondering if you think that that will total it out for that...? Any input would be appreciated.

Can't say given damage descriptions.
MHO this'll take an insurance claim requiring an estimate.
No sense guessing, Repair $ > Wholesale $ = total.

What's worse, IIRC Z06/ZR1 OEM body panels aren't easy to get now. Don't know why except to say: get started because it'll probably take time sourcing required parts, IF, not totaled.
G/L, let us know what adjuster says.

No real advise can given without inspecting frame straightness and other parts.

Oh sweet Jesus...your description didn't do it justice. That's an insurance claim, and yeah...they could potentially total it depending on what they find after tear down.

Amen. 
3 complete panels, mirror, reflectors & lamps, paint, (new) rear-end (?) + labor to do it all.
Frame damaged, add extra $.
Could've been worse, pass window didn't break.

Wow man... sorry that happened to you... glad you are ok... thats a lot of damage...
1) hard paint to match from what I hear
2) my guess-cost to replace the visual parts seen here... probably over 10K,... not knowing about the frame or axle(s)...

i am curious as to what you actually hit... after the alleged oil slick
after seeing bigger pics on the computer and not phone, makes me wonder about hatch damage.... see how it is all wonky ?
