I'm doing my valve seals and the shop I bought the car from recommended this part number. ( comp cams 511-16 ) I also called TEXAS SPEED and asked them if the seals were the same for all LS based engines and they said yes. I'm in the process of doing them now and my intake valve stem diameter is larger than my exhaust side valve stems but the seals are all the same size and it says ls1 on the bag. Is this correct or did both shops steer me in the wrong direction? I did a quick google search and came up with mixed results. I know Ive seen seals in the past where 1/2 were black and 1/2 were brown and they were labeled. Not sure if that was due to diameter or for heat though, someone please chime in ASAP!!!
