Another C6 Z06 went through our shop for valve guide repair. I always post the build and the measurements but since this one was a repair only the thread is not as exciting. Here are the measurements. As you can see some of the intakes were pretty bad.
Interesting that all the exhaust valves are in spec. My 09Z with 46K miles had all exhaust and 6 of 8 intakes bad, max was around.0084
Jason, in a couple of weeks I'll be swapping out my AFE/Pfadt 1 7/8" Tri-Ys for ARH 2". I'll have a thread on the dyno results change. My K501 with MSD and other stuff was 489Tq at 5300 rpm and 602 RWHP at 7100 RPM. I am hoping for 520 tq with 600 hp at 6700 rpm from the change.
