I should be ready to start taking deposits soon. I received a cover today that fit well everywhere except small puckers in the shoulders that need a little tweaking.

We have had questions concerning suede inserts. We will offer a suede, but I just found out Alcantara is no longer available. I called the former US importer of Alcantara below to confirm current pricing and was informed they have been told the parent company in Italy is no longer selling to aftermarket suppliers, but strictly oem at this point. I have samples of other automotive suede coming soon.

We recently shipped the first seat conversions. Photos of the back and new bottom cover installed on a C6 bottom we had are shown below.
We will be adding this to our site soon and standard production time will be about 4 weeks. As we become more familiar with demand we will try and keep some popular covers in stock for quicker delivery. Pricing and options are listed below. Auto Custom Leathers has the pattern for our seat back. At present, custom covers requests in natural leather, covers involving logos, etc. will be made and installed by them. We will bill an uncovered back and they will bill the cover installed separately.
Cover Materials:

All Simulated Leather / 2-Tone Covers – add $20
Simulated Leather Perimeter w/ Suede Inserts – add $50
Simulated Leather Perimeter w/ Natural Leather Inserts – $140
Natural Leather / Single Color – add $200
Natural Leather / 2-Tone Cover – add $250
Natural Leather Perimeter w/ Suede Inserts – add $250
Additional Options:

Aftermarket Adjustable Lumbar in Back / Power – TBD (will not operate from factory switch)
Regards,
Mark

Looks great!
Do you have any plans to build up the bolsters in the seat bottom as well?

In the installed photos above, our back has a simulated leather cover. We made a matching bottom cover with a sub belt opening sewn in but the customer has not had time yet to install them. So the bottom covers are the oem leather covers still installed.
Many people just sit on 6 pt. sub belts and have them exit between the opening in the seat back and bottom. If we sew an opening in the cover and you make a slip in the foam for it you still need to be careful not to damage any of the electronics when routing the belt under the seat.

I am still working on a product page that will include options for upholstery patterns, suede inserts, double stitching colors, etc. Although most covers will be made to order in about 4 weeks, I do have 6 covers in all ebony simulated leather identical to the seat back above that are already sewn. I could have those ready to ship within a week. Anyone who that works for can email me directly.

What about the seat side airbag? how do we go around bypassing that without? pretty sure once you unplug those you get an airbag light and I think it turns that system completely off.

The direct bolt-on seat back replacements will be coming back and should be available in October. They will have the flip forward feature of the factory back using the original cables. The shoulder is being redesigned as well. I hope to have pictures soon.

I apologize for not updating in a while but have been recovering from surgery after breaking my leg while relocating the shop. The good news is I will be working inside the shop of A1 Upholstery Services (A1-Corvette on Ebay) and they have cnc custom stitching options available. More info to come.
