I know oil has been discussed a million times. My local auto parts store almost gives away Rotella and they are now carrying full synthetic 0w-40 diesel oil. Anyone use it in their Z?

Mobil1 has a new 0W-40 ESP dexos2 oil for US that will be factory fill for all 2019 Corvettes, and is backward compatible for all Corvettes that called for dexos rating. Not yet on retail shelves but supposedly available at the dealer.

I run rotella T6 in the 15w-40 in everything i own. powerstroke diesel, corvette, mustang, gsxr, daily acura everything. No issues

I run T6 Rotella 5-40 much better oil pressure and quieter valve train

I've got 2 gallons of T6 5-40 that have been sitting in the garage for a year and a half. Got it at Menard's real cheap. I wasn't sure whether to use it in the Z or not. Based on your experience, I'm going to give it a try. Thanks.
