I have to agree with Podium on this. I noticed too that Dennis would screen his calls and gave me a lot of bull**** when it came to shipping my stuff. Even when he said it was on the way, it turned out to be a partial shipment. I quickly regretted doing business with him. I should of known right when I placed the order, as I got a call from Paypal instantly (and I mean instantly) after placing the order through his website. I know of a few people who were PM'ing me about their orders that they never received and a lot of guys had to file claims with their credit card to get their money back.

I'm not wishing bad on Dennis where ever he is, last I heard he was selling cars at a car dealership, but he was an a**h*l*. His customer service skills definitely took a turn once he got my money and it instantly got extremely difficult to get in touch with him after I placed my order as he never again answered my calls. It took months to get some basic stuff like speakers and an amp from him, which I could of ordered from anywhere. Instead of having it installed and enjoying it for the summer like planned, I was doing the install in the fall as my car was getting ready for storage.

Well my bezel cracked and when I called him it was my fault. I just now got a guy stripping it so it can be fixed and hydro dipped and painted. He sent me photos of my 750.00 bezel and it was a mess. It had been broken a put together in 5 places. So know small drilled hole for a sub **** cracked it out. He ripped me off too. his day will come!

I had purchased new speakers for my '01 C5 a couple of years ago, never received my order. I called and spoke to Dennis he told me that he was updating his website and those were old speakers and that he would credit my purchase to new speakers he would have in a month. I waited a few weeks, never heard back from Dennis so I called again, got his answering machine. He never responded to my voice mail and never returned my emails, so in the end I am out $100. I got screwed.

In 2011 when my GS was brand new ... I replaced the speakers and installed a 5-channel amp to power it all.

The door, rear and subwoofer speakers along with the amp were purchased from Dennis.

Back then, he had excellent customer service, shipped fast and helped me a bunch over the phone with my install questions .... Later on, I guess everything turned to **** for some reason.

It's too bad ... something went terribly wrong with Dennis and his business later on.

Wow, I got a DD upgrade for my 2004 C5 in 2013, and it all went without a hitch. I talked to Dennis three times, once to order, twice with a tech question during the install, he was pleasant and great to deal with. Sorry to hear this all went south.
