09 ZR1 LPE Mods help
Hello all, I recently purchased from LPE the following
Lingenfelter C6 ZR1 LS9 2.35 11 Rib 10 Bolt Pulley 2009-2013
Lingenfelter 102mm LS9 Supercharger Front Cover Assembly (ZR1)
Lingenfelter C6 ZR1 Corvette Overdrive Harmonic Balancer 2009-2013
L250120309 Lingenfelter 76 mm Diameter Idler Pulley Kit
And AR 1 7/8 Headers with x pipe
and there intake set up as well
Basically everything in the 710 package except the 10 bolt pulley is the 2.35
The car only has 3k miles on it.
My question is am I missing anything with the exception of getting it tuned after the install. Was the 2.35 a mistake?? Should I do anything to the Bricks?
Thanks in advance

yes you need a new belt, a better than stock belt if you don't want to have belt slip. To give you an idea how "belt slip is real", even with just the 2.6 pulley swap on mine (22k miles) it ended up slipping bad after the third highway pull (dropped 3psi). Search "Belt" in the ZR1 section and that should give you results as to which one (brand) you'll need
looks like you're gonna be pushing max boost...I'd watch your blower temps, I think most will tell you to do the bricks mod (or have it done).

Contact Kong Performance and do the reinforced intercooler bricks, edelbrock Heat exchanger, and Kongs expansion tank. Otherwise your IAT2s will be off the charts and you will be pulling timing all the time.
also buy a Dashlogic so you can monitor your IAT2s and other readings on the car

Melting Slicks
If you aren’t doing trips to Mexico or regular track events you can skip the heat exchanger. Or if you just want ultimate cooling do it and also add the prospeed billet intercooler inlets and reprogrammed Stewart pump on top of the other items listed

My car bone stock pulled timing for IAT2s, would hit 200* in the 1/2 mile. With a 2.6 pulley no cooling mods my car would cruise at 130* IAT2s and in a 1 gear pull would hit over 160* and that is on a 70* day. These cars its mandatory to do cooling mods like the Tank and H/E and not the Katech one but a Edelbrock or Magnusson. My car cruises at 10-20* over ambient now and only climb 20-30* on a half mile pull

that's a lot of blower rpm for no cam on pump gas. I would suggest doing something for octane either. also i don't see injectors listed, you'll need those. along with reinforce the brick and I would do something for iat management. either our expansion tank or trunk tank at minimum. our expansion is a super easy fit and holds almost 2 gallons of capacity and installs extremely fast. For the best setups we do edelbrock hx, prospeed inlet, stewart, trunk tank. If you have any questions you can feel free to pm, email, or call me.
I attached a pic of our tank, it now uses all OEM gm quick connect fittings and lines are pre made so this tank installs extremely fast!
