2008 C6 Z - Car starts, then shuts off and the windows will not roll up
My C6 Z will start but then shut off shortly after. It is throwing a p0161 code for the MAP sensor. The windows will also not roll up and there is an occasional “fob not present” message. Is there any way to remedy this? Any ideas what’s going on? Thank you in advance, guys!

I am not sure about the MAP sensor issue but the rest of the problems sound like a bad battery. When I unhooked my battery for maintenance the windows needed to be re indexed. Search the procedure for th window reminded. It's simple. But i would have your battery checked.

When battery juice gets low mine does this and it is irritating. Also test the alternator.

So far:
We were able to fix one of the window issues (passenger side) with a diagnostic computer. Just manipulated it with the computer and it worked fine. The drivers side turned out to be the window motor.
After we we replaced the battery, which did end up taking care of a lot of issues (thank you all for your input) the car would crank but still not start.
Fuel is is still getting cut off to the motor and we are beginning to believe it is the ground connection to the PCM. We tried using starter fluid to get the car started, and finding vacuum leaks (weren’t any). Once we re-ground the PCM I’ll update and go from there. Thank you all again for your help!
