From the pics. They are not even the same CF as the oem side skirts, splitter, and roof. So what would look cheap is having two different CF on your car. I recommended hydro dipping as an alternative. And with the items being so small I doubt you would ever be able to tell the difference.
I just think there prices are outrageous.

You guys are crazy with those prices. No wonder you never see anyone with them. No one in there right mind would pay for that. Did fake carbon fiber just get crazy expensive or something.
For eveyone. Just take yours off and find the nearest hydro dipping place. And get them all done for like $200 bucks.

I've been in touch with the owner of Apsis. He stated all of his carbon fiber components are genuine carbon fiber.
On my car have real carbon fiber bits from Halltech, Katech and Apsis. Without exception all are flawless.
Near my home there is a mom and pop carbon fiber shop. They fabricate real carbon fiber and do carbon fiber wrap. I've examined both very closely and cannot tell the difference between the real thing and wrap. That is until the pieces are turned over. When looking at the backside the difference is obvious.
I asked the shop owner to wrap a new pair of rear brake cooling duct scoops. He declined because. he said, the openings are too small.
It must be said, when purchasing real carbon fiber, expect cost to very high. A big part of the cost is driven by the necessity to first create a mold and the extensive hand work required. If I recall correctly, Jim Hall told me the mold for his DRED hood cost $20,000.

Sadly, I don't have a good feeling they would produce another run. I'll send another e-mail and see if there is a minimum number they would be willing to make, assuming they kept the forms to produce them.

Completely agree. There is also something to be said that they are made by Halltech. He is very picky and all of the CF products offered by them, that I have seen, are simply fantastic!!

I'll have the opportunity to confirm the owners statement at Corvettes at Carlisle.
