I will post below if this has solved my hot start/ heat soak issue. Also will explain in more detail what I think was going on (if I fixed it).

Tested hot start tonight at 180f oil temp & 5 min soak, spun like a top & started right up. Will post again with a full 200f plus oil temp start and a 7-10 min soak.

One thing I did for your lock washer idea was I got 2 nuts that are all metal lock nuts (the nylon lock nut would met under there) for the big starter wire terminals. You are right over time with the heating and cooling the nut will eventually work its self loose.

You were right on the PCV but air flows from the filter to the dry sump tank (unless a lot of blowby happens at WOT).

Great video! Glad the lug was the issue all along
