Z06 Brake ?
C6 Z06...I think there might be air in my front brake system. If that is my problem I have not been able to bleed it out. Brake pedal is a little soft no real front brake bite like it had with OEM pads and rotors.
I replaced the front brakes first that is when the problem started. [stoptech rotors 2p front]--Coleman rotors 2p rear] brake pads [powerstop CFC F an R ]. brake lines front SS, Front piston O rings and piston dust shields. I have bleed the brakes using the vacuum method, pressure by pumping the brake pedal and then pressurizing the master cylinder with a pump to force air out. I got some out by pumping the pedal the other two methods got nothing out. I am thinking there might be air at the master cylinder.
Have any of you had this problem/ If so what was the solution?
Your help with this would be most appreciated. Thanks Ellis

To do a proper bleed, you may need to use a tech 2 tool to open the ABS module.

Sometimes you can activate the ABS on a sandy or wet road and that might get it if you're lucky, but really Unreal has just told you the only right way to do it.
edited again: It does not specifically have to be a tech II. A Snap-On SOLUS Pro will do it and there are a few other hand helds that will. Many shops have those.
