Anyone have a copy? Their site doesn't work (at least, not at the moment)

Attached is the pdf full sheet and the last one (or at least one of the last ones) I think they did before screwing everyone and going bust. Note that negative toe on their chart means TOE-IN. I run pretty close to the last one with some minor variations to rear camber and toe, and works great on the track.
