Melting Slicks
I see the post has 3100 miles but 9000 on the odometer, they actually drove the car. Looks like a good deal price wise, usually don't see these going below 60 grand too often.

Two different cars bud. The one I was asking about is a 60th Anniversary car...white with silver stripes, blue seats. The link is what I said I'd love to have...2013 yellow Z.

For the miles, it really looks kinda rough. My ZR1 was originally sold out of Cavender in Boerne also, mine had more miles, but was in excellent condition, otherwise. This one will probably end up in the auction system, and who knows where. It could go real cheap.

Rust? Looks like dirt to me...probably driven in the rain once or twice.
Splitter can be replaced...no biggie. The spider web cracks on the rear bumper cover is a huge bummer tho...

Man, that auction for that 2013 was IT if you were looking for a yellow C6 ZR1.
I picked up a 2011 VY ZR1 with 8400 miles in October for $60K, and the ONLY thing I would have changed would have been to go 1 year newer for the new seats, steering wheel, yellow stitching and most importantly, those yellow calipers. Not a huge fan of the blue calipers on the yellow ZRs...just clashes too much.
Now all that said...As MTP mentioned tho, there were some issues that didn't add up right on this car. The spider cracks on the rear would require a repaint...but also has you asking questions. And am I the first person to ask WTF is up with the massive front bumper issues where they meet the hood and headlights? I've seen some of them flare slighty but that's REALLY bad. An eyesore even. I question if this car has been in a slight fender bender and just paid in cash for repairs. Nonetheless...probably not a bad thing the auction ended where is did. That spider cracked bumper alone would means it's not worth $60K anymore. The front bumper would knock it down even further.
You are in luck though, man. As i'm sure you're finding, for whatever bizarre reason I can't comprehend, the yellow ZRs are almost always going for less than almost any other comparable year/color. I don't get it either, but you should be able to find one in the sub-$60K range with ease. I jumped the gun on my purchase after having $5K knocked off the asking...and should have pushed for more.
Good luck, bro.
