Default Re wings

Hi everyone
I have a 2009 c6 z06 and daily drive the car along with doing 10-15 track days a year.I have upgraded the brakes to wilwoods and done the pfadt coil over suspension.I have caused, upgraded ahp 4 heads, headers and 116 cam.I am at an advanced skill level and have been told by instructors that I need more aero.I have recently purchased an lg zr1 splitter with undertray,lg sideskirts,lg vented cf world challenge hood.I have the racing spoiler on the back and debated going to the zr1 spoiler or wing.It seems like the wing is the better choice.I have been looking at two wings available in different sizes. The APR gt 500 3d wing which mounts to the rear on the hatch. The second wing is called the Big **** by 9 lives racing which is a chassis mount wing which means cutting the rear bumper cover.I would appreciate any suggestions you guys might have that real world experience with one of these wings.

Finally,I have been looking at the AMT motor mounts for my car is I believe I have stock mounts on my car and I understand they have a habit of leaking.I do notice that my car does rock quite a bit at idle with the ahp 116 cam.Any thoughts on these mounts?I am thinking this is the time to change them as I have the heads and headers off the car at the moment.

I want to say thank you in advance as I find everyone on the forum has been quite helpful with suggestions and help.

Im no expert on aero parts but would say a wing mounted to the frame would be far superior. LG also makes one you could look at. I have put a set of those mounts on a car and so far so good. It does transfer a lot of vibration into the car.

Sounds like a great setup. How much horsepower are you making? What king of mileage have you gotten out of the new heads?

Hello
Before I put the headers on I was getting 526 hp and 473 torques. The car felt torquier after the headers were installed. On average I get 8 litres per 100km on the highway at 118 km/hr.I have gotten as low as 7.8 litres/100 km at 70 mph.Car gets great gas mileage.

Chris's wing. His splitter or make your own. Maybe some canards if you're feeling like you need more front downforce.

Your car will stick like glue in fast sweepers.
