Default Vortech v2 on a ls7

I have v2 ti blower on my forged 427. I’m having a boost issue car is dropping off at 6200rpm. And peak boost is only 11.5psi. At 7,000rpm. 10psi At 6,000. I have 10%over drive and 3.6 upper pulley 8rib. I pulled the inlet and put a turbo guard on and nothing changed same psi same power issues. Any ideas

Blower is probably out of steam from spinning it too hard. My V3-Ti makes 13.5 psi on my forged LS7. I’m running secondary drive with stock size balancer and 3.47 blower pulley. Motor is 10:1 compression, stock unported heads, and mild blower cam.

I would have to see the KPA on a data log to know if its belt slip if you have a Flip already.
