Small puff of smoke on cold start
I've seen videos of other ZR1s do this, is it normal? Admittedly the car hasn't been started in 2 weeks. And then you could see some small bits of smoke come out towards the end. It was about 50 degrees outside.

I cannot really tell from your video, it looks like grey smoke which I would not be concerned about; especially at 50 degrees ambient temp, however, if the smoke has a blue tinge to it, that could signify bad valve guide seals. A short, puff of blue smoke, on initial start up, is classic valve guide seal leaking evidence.

Don't worry about it. If its oil smoke, at least your guides are getting lube. Worst consequence would be eventually plugging cats/fouling O2 sensors. If either happens down the road (it'll be awhile), you'll have a definitive answer.

Puff was so slight actually had to view several times.
Since what I could see was a slight puff of gray betting it's merely condensation, especially in 50* temps.
As others stated IF it were blue it'd be a sign of oil burn, valve seals most likely culprit.
BTW tip next time returning from operation.
Spray inside tips w/ some EasyOff, let sit a few minutes & rinse w/ water.
