How do members get an S-purchase certificate?
Hi, I spoke w/two of the sponsoring dealers for the forum this week and unless I misunderstood, members qualify for S-pricing. If this is correct, is there some part of the site where one must go to sign up for an S-pricing certificate of some sort? Thank you.

Don't know about an S certificate, but the above link provided me with a GMID certificate and KEN @ VETTE NET, a forum sponsor handled our order for an 07. Get your certificate and call KEN.

I thought S is lower than GMID, no?
Edit: I just read another thread. So I understand now that S is Employee and GMID is same pricing as Supplier.
Any employees want to adopt a big boy?

Good to see you over here Super D. As far as I know, there is a way that you can get GMS or GMID. I really hope you find what you want at the right price.

Hey there!
Yep, I've got a couple of quotes on '07s coming (w/GMID pricing), almost bought a 5-month old '06 yesterday but couldn't justify a year older car.
Also been kicking around SC'd C5/Z06's, but being in San Diego, I like the open roof of the coupe for cruisin'.

To me, all these GM "incentives" that buyers are wanting seem like gimmics! If you can verbally negociate well with a dealer in person you can get right at cost or just a few hundred over....assuming you choose a reasonable dealership. I don't have any of those so called "incentives" and after a little seaching I found 2 chevy dealers that were willing to sell me a 25 day old 2006 base coupe for $39,995 and a 2007 base coupe of my choice for $40,900! But not after long talks on boths sides This was also in TEXAS last week where vettes bring top dollar YEAR ROUND!
BTW- I had many dealers LAUGH at me to my face and tell me it wasn't worth their time to even do the paperwork, but I did finally find a few that I convinced some amount of profit is better than none.......NOW I HAVE A NEW VETTE IN MY GARAGE!
