Looking for a modded 05-08
Hey all,
I know there is alot for sale here, but were to start
. I'm looking for a modded 05-08 in the 30+ range. I'm not wanting to drive much more than a couple hours to pick it up. I'm really wanting to stay with a 6 speed car and I do not want a vert. I'm looking to buy within the next 2 weeks. I'm in the Gulfport, MS area.

I live in Saraland just north of Mobile and there are a couple of C6s in the Mobile Press Register. Neither say 6 speed but they don't say automatic either. The '06 has 12k miles $40k 251-753-0665.
The other C6 is an '08 3LT Z51 with $8k worth of additional mods, 4k miles and the seller is asking $52k or best offer. 251-382-2535
Hope you find what you are looking for.
The best way to find the car you want is to post an ad on here as WTB-(want to buy) Then describe every detail about the car you really want. I did this in 2004 and found the exact car I was looking for and did it again last month. You may have to travel a little farther but to get the right car I think it is worth the travel. Both times we travelled after the car and drove it back home. First trip was to Philly, Pa. and second purchase was from Paducah, Ky. We had a great time on both trips home.

I am surprised there haven't been more responses to your thread.
I forgot to mention when I posted earlier on your thread that although I don't have a ZO6, I do have an '02 MY convertible with six speed that I am selling. It has every desirable option available in 2002 including the F45 suspension. The only reason I am selling it is because I am 61 and have a bad left knee so I can no longer shift gears as I used to. We just bought an '05 with automatic to eliminate my clutch pressing days. I have photos of my '02 in an ad here on the forum. Search my recent posts and you will find it easily.
This car is in like new condition as it has never been abused in any way.
I am asking $32,500 for the car. This a beautiful unmolested car that can be modded to your desire.

FYI-That 08 coupe in Mobile is nice. Checked it out. It has two sets of rims and tires, cam upgrade, valves, springs, headers, CAI, 6-speed, Navigation, Z-51, embroidered floor mats and trunk liner, nice fitted car cover, 3M clear bra, extended warranty, and a few other mods. Owner says only 600 miles on the mods, and is pushing 540 engine hp.
