Default FS: 2013 427, Cyber Gray

At 60, I bought my first Corvette. Now, after only 4 months of ownership, financial issues force me to sell my 2013 Cyber Gray 427. You can see my full ad with lots of pix at http://427.dati.com.

NOTE: I bought this from a well-known classic Corvette business owner. He told me that it spun a bearing at 1,300 miles (no mention on Carfax or AutoCheck reports). According to him and the dealer service record, the entire engine, intake, and oiling system were replaced. I think we’ve all heard these stories, and I paid more than I should have, but rational thinking was out the door. I mean…just look at it! I know I will take it in the shorts for this, so please be gentle on this old man.

Details:

# 2160, Engine Built by Richard McBride
Cyber Gray Metallic (1 of 126)
Ebony/Red Interior (1 of 89)
1SB Interior (Power Top, Heated Seats, etc.)
Carbon Fiber Package
Black Headlight Shells
427 Heritage Package
Black Cup Wheels
Red Brake Calipers

I added XPEL Ultimate paint film, Apsis splash guards, the Top Flight removable front license bracket, and the GM trunk lid liner. I also replaced the rear brake vents after the paint film and splash guards were installed.

I am in Spofford, NH (03462). New price $62,000 firm.

Default C6

Beautiful car indeed. I am anxious to sell my car before the winter but I've not put it in the forum because I've seen the prices drop on c6's. My car has 3,000 k on the clock. I just don't care for the offers I've been receiving. They range from $43-44.5. I'll hold on until I get $48-49.
My best guess is that your car while worth the money you are asking will probable bring around $60. I wish you luck on your sale.

car is awesome. said it before will say it again. do it on ebay. you will by far reach the biggest audience and it will sell. or hit up a big name auction. If you do it on ebay just remember to wait until money clears and all is well before you hand over title or car. that place is great but the scammers are out there, almost a necessary evil ebay is lol.

Been on eBay for a month. Change up ad every now and then so it doesn't become stale. Some tire kickers and low offers, and a couple of definite maybes. Wrong time of year for a vert. I have purchased 18 vehicles and sold 4 on eBay, but this is highest ticket item. Sold my Lexus on there without much trouble, but this is a different customer. Viva la différence!

You can run up to 6 ads a year for no charge. (Running an ad twice for the same car counts as 2). If you actually sell one through eBay, the fee is $125. If you run ads more than 6 times a year, it goes to $50 to run an ad and no charge if you sell, and that becomes permanent because eBay views you as a 'high-volume' seller, even if you don't sell anything.

I advertised and sold my Lexus and then ran a couple of ads for the vette which used up the six free ads for one account, and then I switched to another account I have to run more ads without a fee. I don't mind paying the $125 if it actually sells, but I don't want to pay $50 just to run the ad. I'm not that good at writing ad copy.
