2013 ZR1 Carfax
I'm looking at a 2013 ZR1 60th Anniversary model and was wondering if maybe someone could possibly run a carfax on the car for me.
The vin is -

I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Not ridiculous,,,,,,I would run one for you if I had an account. It never hurts to ask. OP is it a dealer car or private?Dealers will most times include a free Carfax. If its either and the mileage is not 50K go take a look at it..If that's not feasible there are plenty of forum members who will do you a favor as they have done for me..
300zib...car will be 75-80+ unless its mileage is way high.

Logic would reason that a person interested in purchasing a 70K+ car, a $35.00 fee is nominal to get all the info on one's computer...like now - not to mention, looking at Autocheck and not just CarFax.
...and as any prudent buyer knows, Carfax and Autocheck are not very good at reporting the "cash fixer-upers", i.e., paying a body-shop cash to not report to Carfax and Autocheck as they would via an insurance claim. The old, "scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" deal.
I personally wouldn't buy a car sight unseen. However, if the car were long distance and I ABSOLUTELY could not see the car myself:
1. I'd at least see if a fellow forum member could visit the car.
2. Invest $250.00 to get a professional to do a 250 point check and 75 photo package...and their are some damn good ones out there - did it for my FGT.
3. Buy from a dealer certifying the car is 100% ok.
