Mike, I'd go for a clean title 06up car.

Once they hit 130-50k miles you can find them for 13-16k

Mine are both 3LT's but besides the heated seats I've found all other options useless.

Of course the M6 cars seem to be unicorns.

Maybe this one is worth a look. Found it on CL in my home town.

https://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/...421467853.html
BEAUTIFUL black 2008 C6 Corvette. 6.2V8. Automatic transmission.. Speedometer, cigarette lighter and tackometer do not work. Driven daily. 133000 miles. $13,500 FIRM NO OFFERS Call to see..

it is a vert however.. => need a roll cage.
Be happy to go check it out for you.
I was half planning on giving it a look anyway.. just for a look.. I'm not buying just yet.
The cigarette lighter is deal breaker for me.

It also has a gauge that measures the reigns and saddle.

K, so I went and checked out this car yesterday. Literally is .6 miles from my house.
Man-o-Man, its ready to be a Track Beater.

Front facia/bumper is missing the center cross-member piece.
The drivers door panel was loose.
The engine looks like it'd been modded and then striped.
At one point is was registered in California but now has an Arizona registration.

But, it fired right up and sounded pretty mean. Had aftermarket mufflers (stock exhaust manifold).
Dash lit up with "Traction Control Needs Attention" message (something to that affect).
Idled really ruff but smoothed out with gas pedal.
Asked about the transmission and paddle shifters, was told it seems to have one gear.. "the passing gear"
Has 133K miles on it.
