SOLD 2009 Cyber Gray 3LZ Z06
Selling a fully loaded 2009 Z06 with 3LZ Sienna interior, Cyber Gray color. Has Bluetooth, NAV and currently has just under 23,100miles (37,300kms). Runs perfect, has a nice chop on the idle due to the cam.
This is a Canadian car and I am the original owner since new (located in Toronto). Car has had the original heads done by AHP 4 years ago @ 18,600miles (30,000kms), also has a Vengeance Racing Kaotik cam, headers and all necessary upgrades during the head swap makes 554hp/553 torque SAE at the wheels. Car has DRM Bilstein shocks and currently rides on new Michelin PS4S tires on Forgeline 3 piece wheels. Speedo can be switched to imperial measurements and easily imported to the USA.
I am asking CAN$55,495 or US$41,995 PM or email dchanman01@hotmail.com for more info. I am happy to take any pictures you would like to see of the car if I have not posted up the pic you want to see just inquire and ask.

The wheels are Forgeline CF3C's 19x10F 19x12.5R. Tires are Michelin PS4S 275/30/19F and 325/30/19R. Overall diameters are exactly like stock so no issue with that drag thing that confuses the ECU.
I have some dyno videos and a walkaround when I first got the car going with the HCI swap (but obviously not tuned yet) so here you go:
Along with the done AHP heads my car also has 10% UD ATI damper, Radically ported stk intake and TB by Peak Speed shop FYI.

Back TTT, again all reasonable offers considered.
Just a note to any prospective buyers. I am the original owner of this vehicle since NEW. The vehicle has the ORIGINAL engine in it (no warranty or different engine replacement in this car) along with the cyl. heads. They were marked before shipment to Kohle @ AHP for the head work with specific instructions that I wanted MY heads done and returned to me. They are not core heads sent to me in exchange for my OE heads. Mileage is EXTREMELY low for this year car but car is driven and enjoyed (except for winter when it is stored)...…………...not just sitting all the time like a time capsule preservation that usually is not good for mechanical internals.
My Forgeline 3 piece wheels were purchased used but I had them refinished and are "LIKE NEW" along with new Michelin PS4S tires with less than 300 miles since they were installed back in April when car came out from winter storage. The Forgeline wheels are 3 piece CF3C's 19x10"F and 19x12.5"R with 275/30/19 tires front and 325/30/19 rear.
Somebody will be getting a GREAT 09 Z06 3LZ car, great colour with a classy looking interior + the wheels set this car apart from the rest.

I was in contact with GM Canada customer service today to inquire about a compliance letter for my car if someone in the USA decides to purchase it. The letter will allow legal and proper importation of this Canadian model Z06 to the USA.
I am now in possession of this letter. I want to be totally transparent and provide FULL DISCLOSEURE so I will paste up the entire contents of the letter (- my personal info), the letter states:
"
Re: 2009 Chevrolet Corvette VIN: 1G1YZ26E595114558
Dear Mr. Chan:
This letter is in response to your inquiry concerning compliance of the subject vehicle to U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and Emission Control requirements. You have advised us that you are importing a Canadian-certified vehicle as a conforming vehicle under box 2B on the HS-7 declaration form to be presented to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the time of entry, and it is our understanding that the vehicle is being imported for personal use and not for resale.
(i) Emissions (EPA)
Our records confirm that this vehicle was equipped with an emission control system FE9 & NT7 which met U.S. Federal Emission Standards at the time of manufacture. For more information contact the EPA website at www.epa.gov/oms/imports/index.htm or by telephone at 734-214-4100 (Fax: 734-214-4696)
(ii) Safety Standards (DOT)
Our records confirm that this vehicle conformed to all U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) in effect at the time of manufacture except for the labeling requirements of Standards 101 Controls and Displays and 110 Tire Selection and Rims or 120 Tire Selection and Rims for Motor Vehicles other than Passenger Cars, and/or the specifications of Standard 108 Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment, relating to daytime running lamps. Replacement labels are not available; however, the DOT will normally consider a vehicle for approval without label changes providing all other safety standards are met.
Please note that this vehicle does not comply with the labeling requirements of FMVSS No. 208 Occupant Crash Protection. The vehicle can only be imported as a conforming motor vehicle under Box 2B if the importer furnishes Customs with an invoice from a franchised dealer or other commercial entity showing that the required Passenger Airbag Status Indicator display or labelling has been applied to the vehicle.
This letter, along with your vehicle registration, must be presented to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at your border crossing point.
If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us toll-free at 1-800-263-3777, 8 am to 11pm Eastern Time Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time Saturday."
So basically, for importing to the USA this car is ready to go, it will need an airbag sticker or something that's minor to comply with US FMVSS.
Once again, 1 owner car, low mileage, original engine with heads done (documentation available), classy colour with 3LZ interior, Forgeline wheels with new tires...………….my car has no bad or hidden stories. Once again someone will have a wicked 09 Z06 when they buy this car!!!!!!
All reasonable offers considered!!!!!!

Thank you!!!! I'm still wondering why I still have it and it isn't sold yet. There are higher mileage cars asking almost as much or only slightly less than my new asking price without all the options (like 3LZ).
I would love to keep it, but there's something else catching my eye and I want to get it so this and my GT500 has to go.

Once again just a note to any potential USA purchasers, this Canadian fully loaded 3LZ Z06 has a compliance letter from GM Canada showing it can be imported to the USA. If you are on the fence about this step don't be. This car CAN BE licensed in your state once imported, using a broker makes the process EASY.
ALL REASONABLE OFFERS CONSIDERED!!!! Placing a deposit secures the car FOR YOU!!!!!!
PM, text or call 416-919-1769 to discuss.
