Katech #95 C6Z06 For Sale
All:
I would like to sell my 2009 Z (Katech stage 1 package, serial number #95), serious inquiries only please.
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...6-sn-95-a.html
In addition to the Stage 1 Package, Katech upgraded the brakes (ceramic pads and new Racing Brake rotors), and added Katech Forgeline Wheels (black) and TI lug nuts (and new Pilot Sport non-fun flat tires). Also included are the original silver painted Spyders (with almost new Michelin PS run flats).
All work was completed in 2017 (22k miles). The car currently has 27k miles, and I just don't get a chance to drive it very much anymore. The car is remarkably clean, stored all winters
.
Asking $50,000.
Pictures on request, thanks in advance for any interest,
Kevin Nevius

Hi Kevin: In addition to the Katech mods, are there any other mods to the car (exhaust, suspension, electronics, etc.)?
Also, how is the car optioned?
Interior/underside pics would be helpful as well!
Thanks, and I look forward to your reply!

Good morning Vince, my apologies for the delay.
I purchased the car new in 2009 (single owner, no accidents of any kind). I never put enough miles on it to warrant mileage driven oil changes, so it was changed every spring at the local dealership where I purchased it (Mobil 1, 5w-30). The rear quarter panels were professionally repainted at 20k miles to repair light sand blasting (that these cars are known for) by Yard Auto in Toledo, Ohio - purely to keep the car in "as new" condition.
The car is a LT1 options package, manual transmission. And as I mentioned, it also comes with a complete set of factory silver painted Spyder wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport (run flats) with 5k miles on them (I did not like the original Goodyear tires and replaced them early).
All of the upgrades were performed by Katech (receipts available), and they include:
Stage 1 Z06 package:
Katech Torquer 116 camshaft
GMP-12621428 16 LS7 valve springs
GMP-12533586 8 Intake seals
Bronze valve guides
Katech Ti/Mo intake/exhaust valves
Katech C5-R timing chain
Katech Ti retainers
PSI 1511 springs
Halltech MF103 intake
Cosmetic (exterior component replacement):
GMP-15827792 1 LF wheelhouse extension
GMP-15827791 1 RF wheelhouse extension
GMP-15818637 1 LR wheel opening molding
GMP-15818636 1 RR wheel opening molding
Brake upgrades:
Racing brake 2-piece rotors/pad/line kit
XT910 Low dust pads
Stainless brake lines
KT1 wheels in transparent smoke
Michelin Pilot Super Sport ZP 285/30R19
Michelin Pilot Super Sport ZP 335/25R20
Katech titanium lug nuts
I hope this is helpful, thank you again for your interest in the car! As I mentioned, I never intended to sell it - but I just don't get a chance to drive it, so it sits in storage.
All the best,
kev
