New Convertible Pictures!
GM has added convertible information to their website at http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette/C6_preview/. Make sure to see the new pictures at http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette/C6...ew/gallery.htm.
Since we have one of the largest Corvette allocations is the country, we will be able to place your C6 order the very first month. Call me to for your C6.

Monica:
You say you will be able to place an order in the first month. Does that mean you have an allocation to match the order?
Thanks,

Yes we will have plenty of allocation. We're the largest vette dealer in the Southeast.

Monica,
What is the expected MSRP?
I know, If I have to ask I probably can't afford one.. But I may get a new '04 C5 vert if they are too $$$$..

Monica what is going to be the special forum price. Are you going to sell it at invoice like some other dealers on the forum are going to do? Would love to know.

Re: New Convertible Pictures! (C-6 Heaven)
I don't see other dealers that can get C6s selling at invoice. I believe everyone is at msrp, which is a great deal from the big Vette dealers. You'll be getting your C6s this summer! Don't be surprised to see non forum dealers, like your local dealers selling way above msrp.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but.............
since when is MSRP a "great deal" for a new car?

It is a 'great deal' as long as there are people who will pay it! Supply and demand. They have to make up for selling those 2004's at 20% off. They aren't making a cent on those.
With a BMW M5 or M/Benz E55 AMG there is a waiting list and people are happy to pay MSRP (BMW 'stealers' will gouge you 5 or 10 grand over, I was 'lucky' pay $73k MSRP for my E55 in 2001.

Re: New Convertible Pictures! (Overkill)
MSRP is too much to pay for ANY car, unless there is only one dealer. Since that is not the case, competition is the name of the game. Of course, there is a thing called "price fixing" on popular models. I guess it depends on your pain threshold (and bank account). IMO

Well - Anderson Chevrolet in silicon valley sold the very first C5 it got for $125k - two dotcom-ers got into a bidding fight.
same with the ZR1s - they were near impossible to get for sticker unless you were a major customer - most I saw had 85k to 120k on their windows.
If the C6 plays out the way the C5 did, the first couple of years most dealers will be selling for over sticker, which would let you trade out for a new one at minimal if any loss after a couple of years, say for a new Z06 or similar.
Anytime a car like this has demand far exceeding supply, MSRP is a good deal.
I'd have loved to get into a Ford GT, but no way in hell am I gonna pay $300k for one. Thats ok though - got a Z16 Z06 on its way
