At what status code should we get our financing lined out? I would like to get locked into a decent rate soon before the rates start going up any more. Thanks and I am unbelievably excited!!!

Most banks will only give an app. for 30 days. I would suggest you wait until we are within 30 days of delivery. Status 3800 would be my suggestion.
