Put your P1 pulley on your D1 and use the same belt from your P1 instead of buying a new D1 belt

Are you trying to go up in boost or down?
Why the change?

Try calling Procharger (913-338-2886) and inquire as to the correct belt length, in inches, for the size pulley you are running (or want to run), and then call Summit Racing (800-230-3030) and order the correct Goodyear Gatorback belt. They offer same day shipping. Summit Racing will only need the length of the belt you require, in inches, and the number of ribs in the belt (6 ribs). Good luck.

I used to think that too, but I have yet to find one, not one LS2 motor to blow up, and I know guys that have been running them for 2 years. Big Bollas is running a 4.25 at 10psi, 726rwhp, no problems.

You may not read/hear it on the forum, but I've heard of motors going south running boost, it boils down to how the car is driven. No harm in playing it safe.

There is no doubt that somewhere, someone has blown an engine with FI whether too much boost, to lean, or ragging it out, but when I was on the C5 FI at least once a week you would read about someone blowing an engine on a LS1. I was racing a guy here in Houston and he only had 7psi on his c5 and when he went by me on the freeway and it blew right beside me and he wasn't even pushing the car. But in 2 years of reading up and studying the LS2 I have yet to know anyone who has blown a motor, and I know a LOT of people running FI. But like you said it is all about your comfort level, because as soon as I say that he would have to be the one to bump up to 10psi and blow a motor.
Hey Richard how are the TT's coming?

Hey Richard how are the TT's coming?

Hey BJ, still putting some break-in miles on the fresh 402 motor and getting acclimated with the EBC features, we set her at 6.5psi and peak at 8psi; 604rwhp/636rwtq...the goal is boost her at 14psi.

How are things with you & the hotrod, hope all is well during the hoildays!!!
