Belt needs tightening...help

Default Belt needs tightening...help
Guys,
Had the water pump replaced and the dealer left the belt loose enough to cause a little squeal when cold. What's the best way to tighten it up a little??

Behind the Head unit bracket you'll see the tensioner. (Brass fitting on threaded rod)
