Well, after a little stint with Chevy to get things covered under warranty...it is finally done. And all I can say is, "WOW"!! The shop that installed it couldn't believe the set up. They really liked the manual tensioner so they can set it. There were a couple Procharged cars in there with a broken tensioner. Final, corrected numbers, are 595.83 rwhp/ 556.95 rwtq with 8 lbs. of boost. I have a *edit* 2006 MN6 with the ECS Kit, Kooks Longtubes with Catted X Pipe and my homemade Race Bullet System.
The car runs very strong. The power just doesn't seem to end. The blower is VERY quite at idle and regular driving, and it just whistles real perty at WOT. However, I think the kits should come with new quarter panels and wider tires!! Even if I took this thing to the track, it wouldn't show "true" numbers. My next "mod" is definately the wider quarter panels and tires.
I will post the dyno sheet and other pics when I get home. I am still grinning ear to ear!!!

Reason: Added year and tranny type
I can understand that it probably won't matter on the tires with this kind of power. I have driven fast cars in the past, and this is just such a "different fast". It is not a raw horsepower feel. It is just so smooth and effortless. It just wants to keep going and going. It is definately going to take some getting use to. I had my shifts down to a tea before...now it is a WHOLE different ball game. I'll get the graph up in the next few minutes! Thanks again for all the help and advice. This forum is a great tool!!
Yes, it was also installed. With out it, it had ~12 lbs. of boost...little too much for me.

I suspected as much. I noticed that you were carrying more low end TQ than I usually see on a Paxton/Procharger kit.
I put my 07 coupe into L.A.P.D. today for an APS TT w/APS 3" exhaust, turbo cam, valve spring, push rods, Z06 brakes, bigger wheels and tires, Z06 clutch, and of course the obligatory road/dyno tune.
Now begins the big wait. Have to say though, that the guys at the shop gave me a full pit pass good anytime. I may sleep in the lobby at night.

Yeah, that plate really "boosts" the low end torque. Gets the car going rather quickly. I went ahead and told the shop to order the rear Caravaggio fenders and I am going to get my stock rims widened and add some wider tires.
What's funny, I was there 2 days in a row. I set up my "office" on a push tool buggy and sat on little stool. Had my laptop, 2 phones, and my printer all hooked up. I actually learned a lot and it was very enjoyable. Only drawback was that I had to bring breakfast every morning...didn't really mind though!!
Sounds like you are about to go through a world of change. That set-up sounds like it should all come together perfectly I would really like to know how it turns out and how you like that z06 clutch...sure I'll need one soon!

Are you going to use a wheel widener stretcher? Or did you mean you're going to buy wider wheels??
Come to think of it I suppose a 3 piece wheel could be widened by replaceing parts.
