Pinks this Weekend!
I will be running my car at Pinks All Out this weekend, down here at Houston Raceway Park. My car will be on display at the G-Force tent and we will be showing off the ECS Kit. There will also be a couple other FI C6's there as well. Later on that night we will hit the 1/4 to see what this thing runs all out! Come on down and check it out, and I can't wait to see what this thing runs

Whew... For a second there i thought that you meant "PINKS" the Spike T.V. television show. You had me scared for you. Although i am sure you car is pretty fast amd would have won.

No, Pinks the television show is down at Houston Raceway Park this weekend. I think there is going to be best 3 out of 5 "grand finale" in the end, but I won't be taking part in that one It is going to be a "Run what you Brung" format where they will match up the cars and have almost bracket racing. It should be a ton of fun
I am just hoping that I will crack 11's with these tires:thumbs If not, we've got a pair of 18's with DR's on them ready to tear apart my rear end
I just don't want to make the show and be the moron that decided to blow up his rear end

As I understand the format, there are going to be 300+ cars running during the day, and the Pinks staff will pick 16 closely matched cars at the end of the day to run against each other. If you lose a race you go home. If you win you proceed. The final winner gets $10,000.
I am caravanning to Houston Raceway Park Saturday afternoon with some other members of the Sam Houston Corvette Club to watch.

That's pretty much what I heard too. I also heard that they are suppose to have a 3 out of 5 too...not sure who it is going to be...just rumor.
