When I first saw I only had control of the fan 192* and above, I was bummin.
So I changed the 0 duty cycle @ 192* to 50%.
The next morning when I started my car cold I noticed the fan was on as soon as I started it. I was puzzled.
When I went back to the 192 value and put it back to 0 again the fan was off at cold startup. That's when I realised whatever value I put in the 192 spot, it is the value the computer uses at startup.
