I wanted to know if anyone had knowledge on the use of a Turbo Timer on the APS system.
Thanks

They are not needed as the turbos have coolant passages around the bearing housing to aid in cooling so there is no "coaking" of the oil.

Good choice on the HKS TT; did you get the optional HKS universal wiring harness?...makes for a simple install.

From what Shawn told me my car goes in next week. I guess right now they are getting cars out of the shop since they're pretty full. I'll post pictures when the madness starts. Its going to be a long 3 months.....

Sorry no link, check out the HKS USA website.
Depending which TT; Type 1 or Type 0?? The wiring is almost identical; constant 12v/ground/ebrake/rpm and the only difference with the Type 1 is the added speed sensor wiring. The universal harness is not needed but makes for a simpler install.

Turbo timer (TT). HKS offers two models; Type-1 (speed & rpm display) and Type-0 (basic model)...check out their website or give Garrett a call at HKS.

The last sentence in the following link should give some insight. With the APS system, properly tuned, it is easy to meet the criteria for cool
down.
